How does it work?

Adhesive fumes are the main culprit causing irritation for your client. When using Larra Superbonder you will instantly cure the adhesive bonds, encapsulating the fumes, resulting in your clients’ eyes being a lot less irritated after the treatment and improving their Lash Extension retention!

Larra Superbonder also adds elasticity to the adhesive bonding points, thus making them seamless to touch and less prone to break. Normally dried cyanoacrylate is not very flexible which is one of the reasons lashes fall off after a while.

When adhesive is cured with water (air humidity, Nanomister or Nebulizer) the curing process starts from the outer layer and humidity stays in the adhesive.

Larra Superbonder mixes with the Cyanoacrylate in the adhesive and starts the curing process from within, pushing the humidity out, creating tighter bond.

While 
water curing leaves the surface of the adhesive porous, Superbonder seals the surface of the adhesive, ensuring that the adhesive vapors are contained within the adhesive bond.

A porous surface results in a small quantity of vapours being released even after Cyanoacrylate has cured.

If you have ever had a client whose eyes became irritated days after her lash appointment it’s for this reason! The continuous flow of adhesive fumes can result in eye irritation, while a sealed adhesive surface prevents that from happening and significantly reduces irritation.

Leaving vapours also means that adhesive loses some of its’ retention power.

When vapours are contained, adhesives achieve a much better retention.

Better retention is also achieved by adding ingredients that make a normally non-flexible Cyanoacrylate a bit more flexible. This is also a reason why eyelash extensions can fall off prematurely! When we touch our lashes, the mechanical impact loosens the glue bond strength. By adding flexibility eyelash extensions are less sensitive to touch.

How do I use Larra Lash Superbonder?
Wait 2-3 mins after you’ve attached the last extension. Squeeze 1 small drop of Superbonder onto a micro-wand or micro-brushes wipe adhesive bonding points. You do not need to soak bonding points, a little bit of the product goes a long way. Air dry and you’re lashes are ok to get wet already 3mins later so you can wash them if you like, go swimming – which they normally wouldn’t be able to without the use of Larra Lash Superbonder
